I have no idea why I only sleep for 3-4 hours at a time but my clanmate is annoyed that I'm almost capped on all my characters and he isn't because of this insomnia.
@LexPendragon, I do fine if I'm home over the weekend. It's not great when I have to be up at 4am.

Being up at four sucks. Well, getting up at four sucks, still being up typically is the stuff off a good time.

@FernDragonstar I glanced at a headline (the modern equivalent to having read an article) claiming humans used to sleep in two shorter shifts. Maybe that's better for you; a few hours after work, a few before?
